It's every winegrower's fantasy to make the definitive wine and Chris and Bryan, for all their apparent rationality, are just as vulnerable to acts of folly as the next man. Their aim is to make a wine they can drink with their friends and say, "This is it!"
But, most importantly, they want their friends and fellow enthusiasts to have fun along the way. So they formed The Hay Paddock Syrah Society.
