Our Inaugural Vintage of this wine is now available in 6-bottle lay-flat storage packs. From 3-yr old vines cropped at 500gm per vine and harvested at 24 Brix. Aged for 12 months in new French oak and bottled under Diam cork. Cellar aged for a further 2 years before release. Decanter World Wine Awards and IWSC 2008 Silver Medals - 'Best in Class'.
