The following Privacy Statement applies to the The Hay Paddock website (the Site). By viewing and using this Site, you will be deemed to agree to this privacy statement. Collection: The Hay Paddock may gather two types of information about you from the Site: (a) personal information, provided by you at the time of voluntary registration for the services The Hay Paddock; and (b) aggregate information generated by The Hay Paddock's systems, which track traffic to the Site but do not relate to you personally.

Opting In and Opting Out: If The Hay Paddock's intended collection, use or disclosure of your personal information is outside the collection, use or disclosure set out in this Privacy Statement, The Hay Paddock will give you the option to: (a) opt out and not receive certain services or participate in certain interactive areas; or (b) opt in to agree to be contacted by The Hay Paddock in relation to certain matters such as notification of new features to the Site, newsletters or promotional activities.

Terms and Conditions of Sale:

Sales of wine are governed by The Sale of Liquor Act which prohibits the supply of alcohol to any person under 18 years of age. Unless prior credit terms have been negotiated, payment by cash, credit card or cleared cheque is required before despatch. Goods and Services Tax and Delivery Costs are payable on all New Zealand sales as itemised by The Hay Paddock Limited ("the Company") at the time of confirming the customer's order. Claims for breakages and/or short delivery must be made by the customer to the freight carrier within 24 hours of receipt. The supply of wines described on this website are subject to availability at the time of ordering and the Company will advise customers if it is unable to supply the product or vintage requested. Members of The Hay Paddock Syrah Society will be given priority of supply at any one time. The Company's address for Off Licence supply is 338 Seaview Road, Onetangi, Waiheke Island 1081.
