Terms and Conditions of Sale:
Sales of wine are governed by The Sale of Liquor Act which prohibits the supply of alcohol to any person under 18 years of age. Unless prior credit terms have been negotiated, payment by cash, credit card or cleared cheque is required before despatch. Goods and Services Tax and Delivery Costs are payable on all New Zealand sales as itemised by The Hay Paddock Limited ("the Company") at the time of confirming the customer's order. Claims for breakages and/or short delivery must be made by the customer to the freight carrier within 24 hours of receipt. The supply of wines described on this website are subject to availability at the time of ordering and the Company will advise customers if it is unable to supply the product or vintage requested.
