For the first time in ten years our Winemaker, Chris Canning, has selected fruit for a Signature Selection bottling that perfectly expresses the charms of Syrah grown at our single valley estate in Onetangi Valley. Ripe fruit, mature tannins and fully developed phenolics combine to produce a wine that is elegant and approachable but rich in flavour and complexity. Aged for 20 months in French oak and cellared for 2 further years before release. A wine for connoisseurs of this classic Rhone variety and not available except to private clients online.
